Hey League! Quite late here, but I hope you'll bear with me. Short story even shorter, if you want to know more about me and my work, I post rework concepts and new champion concepts periodically here on boards. Below are just a couple of my past posts.

This time I'm back to make a post for my main - I know it's tempting to criticize, but I'll be extra grateful if you'd hit that upvote button in the upper right instead so the ideas are actually shared. I'll be ecstatic if you make a comment that gives constructive feedback with a solid argument as well. If you don't quite understand something or wish to ask questions, just leave me a comment and I'll get back to you. Otherwise, enjoy and have fun.

Leblanc, Deceiver

Surprise Appearance (Passive): When Leblanc performs any type of instantaneous movement (ex. Tahm Kench’s ultimate, Teleport, Flash) her next two spell casts within 6 seconds deal additional damage and ignore half of the target’s magic resistance.

When and if Leblanc blinks, she'll deal more damage. That includes things like Flash and the return on her W. This compensates for the otherwise too harsh nerfs to her burst damage.

Sigil of Malice (Q): Damage, cooldown, mark duration, mana cost reduced.

Immediate, low counterplay 0.2 second burst pattern window extended with this change, to a more manageable several second window. That means Leblanc will take fatal damage if she doesn't execute perfectly. That is, unless Leblanc gets the upper hand on you by tricking you. Then, it's your fault for being outsmarted and bursted.

Distortion (W): AP ratio slightly reduced. Deals more damage to low health minions.

Lets LB farm without always maxing W first.

Ethereal Chains (E): Leblanc throws out a chain that deals minor damage to the first enemy it hits, tethering it and slowing it. If the target remains within tether range for the full duration, it’s rooted for 1 second and dealt another instance of minor damage. Leblanc can then cast Mirror Image while Ethereal Chains is on cooldown if she successfully roots an enemy in this manner.

Mirror Image (E): Leblanc becomes invisible for a second and summons a clone that lasts 8/10/12/14/16 seconds, which travels in the direction of the cursor (self-cast causes the summoned clone to stay put). The clone’s attacks deal damage, but the damage dealt does not scale with Leblanc’s items. They also deal zero damage to enemy champions. Casting Mimic while the clone is summoned will cause the clone to cast the mimicked spell in Leblanc’s stead. The mimicked spell will deal damage. If an enemy champion destroys the clone, the clone leaves behind an invisible mirror that lasts 4 seconds. Leblanc can click on a mirror to instantly appear at its location.

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Deception is the theme. The clone can be used to deal damage in some very specific scenarios, which will totally fool your opponents if pulled off just right. Then, if they kill your clone, you can blink to its location of death for some serious "in your face" damage.

Mimic (R): Damage and cooldown reduced at all ranks. Mimicked E only deals minor damage, but Leblanc can summon a mirror image that’s controlled by AI if she mimics E. Leblanc can double-click any summoned clones to make it vanish in a puff of smoke if she wishes to cast mimic with her real self. The Mimicked Mirror Image lasts 20 seconds and casts spells that deal no damage for extra deception.

Short Summary

Leblanc’s QR deals half damage, but can be increased to 75% of their current potency if she blinks before using it. W deals more damage to minions but has slightly reduced damage. E deals minimal damage but turns into Mirror Image while it’s on cooldown if she roots a target with it, which lets Leblanc summon a clone. The clone is quite tricky – Leblanc can control its actions and even cast Mimic to deal damage with it. Its basic attacks will damage anything other than enemy champions (structures, for example). You can fool opponents into thinking you’re real by split pushing a turret with the clone. If they kill your clone, you can appear at your clone’s location of death and dish out some surprise damage. If you mimic your mirror image, it will be controlled by AI and even cast spells that deal no damage (for example, the AI controlled clone will dash away from incoming champions with Distortion). Leblanc becomes super tricky and mostly retains her burst if she simply pulls off any kind of teleport before she goes in for the kill, but deals damage in an extended burst combo instead if she doesn’t (which allows enemies to react and possibly kill her first).

Wait, give Leblanc 2 E abilities? I don't see how giving LB 5 abilities plus a passive is a good idea. Plus a huge stealth window? I'm confused. Honestly I think you are overloading her quite a bit here
