Guys I think current meta is too heavy... I mean people spam Rylai+Roa/CC mages toplane-midlane so they run away, slow you, kite you and still they're so tanky if your team manage to catch them.
They pick high ranged poke adcs like Jhin-Ezreal, they spam Bard support. Poke comps pick Kha'Zix/Rengar or other full AD jungler to execute exhausted enemy team.
How to deal with this comp every game if you play

JayHog19921 votesUsually don't play them, but I'd say get Frozen mallet and find ways to catch up to them. Having phage related weapons might help even more.
