Game balance 101
Why is Annie allowed to sit on stacks of her stun but Yasuo can't hold on to his knock up? Make Annie unable to sit on stacks of her passive.

I guess its because yas is pretty mobile champ compared to annie.
Its easier to shut down a annie over a yas.

Annie is a lane bully only if she is allowed to be by the jungler. Any immobile mage that is infront of their own minion wave can be punished hard.
... How do you have problems against annie as yasuop. 2/4 of her abilities are projectiles.
