I think she was given quite the balanced nerf. I don't have too many issues with her. I actually hate Twitch quite a lot more tbh

They're not gonna nerf her any more than they just did.

She still needs a complete redesign, because she's cancer, so if she annoys you just ban her until her popularity phase passes over.

Are you asking me for a suggestion on how to balance her?

If so, I would remove her percent health shred and invisible on her ult. Every sense Pink wards were nurfed in season 4 Stealth has been a huge problem, at least in my low tier opinion. ^.^

Shes not completely Immortal but, She out Duels every thing. She honestly lacks counter play. Build paths make up for any weakness Vayne has. If you're too fast she gets frozen mallet or randuins. If you CC her she just Gets Mercurials and cures it. Combined all of this with support from her team. I just think its too much to deal with.
