Nimbus cloak feels

It is a severely watered down version of Predator.

i notice it quite well when i used it on karma but with champs that really need the ms boost at the moment the delay kills it

At first i thought it would be pretty cool in theory but live its pretty awful. Unless you are going against heavy AP threat, Manaflow Band is the only option now.

I mean probably true for most champs but for it is soooo good.
