The problem with Pantheon
Lose pre-6? Lose lane, lose game. Win pre-6? Completely stomp the shit out of everyone on their team until once you hit like level 12 and then you're a really strong stunbot that'll probably still win the game.

A lot of champs also have that problem. If Karthus wins lane(which is hard), he'll chunk you down to 1/5 health with one R. If he loses he'll only do 1/10 of your health as damage when he ults.
