Some of These Mages seem more stronger than others

So far it seems like Malz and Brand are most picked/banned at the moment. I was trying out Viktor and was upset that most of his burst is now gone. Brand even manage to outburst me. The delay on his E makes it nearly impossible to land and his ult. His ult is complete trash.
