I've seen it happen before, but it's rare. Most people don't see it because double TP isn't too common in "Dynamic Queue".

I seriously had no idea that was possible....and I don't know why it is.
Regardless TL was playing a bit silly with the Baron dancing. They have a way stronger siege comp, just siege turrets. By the time the Baron dancing was over Ryze had scaled up.
They should have remade the game, what a joke way to win, call them CLG for Cheating Lame Gays because that shit is the worst way to win a game; I fucking want a respectable win not this shit. CLG fucking loss and is now the biggest joke brand ever
Mm. Perhaps I was doing something wrong then. Before when I would tp to a minion that another ally is using tp on it wouldn't work. I don't know.
