With same active. This way nobody can complain about "support not buying slavestone", as they can use it themselves. Frees up item slot for supports, so they might get REAL ITEM. Removes early gold pressure for supports, but also adds tradeoffs so there won't be 5 people with slavestone/flash combo.
It would hurt supports more than helping them.
Cause if you sacrifice flash for this spell, well you should know what happens when you get caught. And if you sacrifice exhaust, there's nothing you can do to save your AD from an assassin or fighter diving them.

Eh, you might as well be saying, "remove support and add a second mid laner." I mean, it's not like 
etc. arent already played support, it would just mean that they have more gold in a role that they are already good in.
It's better to say replace the regular trinkets for support queued roles only with an inbuilt Sightstone without the needing to go to base to charge, having it on a timer, and the extra attributes. Supports need Flash and Exhaust. Only flash would be 'worth' sacrificing and the word 'worth' here is extremely loose.
Why don't we just add a seventh item slot specifically for a sightstone, then make sightstone free? That way, everyone can have a sightstone!
