Holy cow Kindred's winrate went from 50.26% to 53.41 even though she haven't receive any direct buffs from Riot since Patch 5.22.

Kindred Champion.gg In case anyone is wondering where you (most likely) got the information. What interesting to me is the starting item differences for win rate.

Most Frequent Starters item 1041 item 2003 x3 51.11% Win Rate | 4693 Games

Highest Win % Starters item 1039 item 2031 58.61% Win Rate | 2866 Games

And don't get me started on the other stats damn. XD

Eh, the starting items make sense.

Kindred is an autoattacker, so people hone in on the AA jungle item. However, Kindred's Q applies Talisman's passive to every monster in the camp (providing more damage and sustain) and provides the mana regen that they need to cast it.

Probably the funniest thing I had seen in Kindred's stats was a couple patches ago where people who had 125+ games had a ~65% win rate on Kindred.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Even the starting items on Warwick jungle change based on standard/highest % winrate. Most frequent for him is item 1039 and 3 item 2003 , while highest % winrate is item 1041 and a item 2003 which makes WAY more sense since his main source of damage/sustain is his auto attacks. I'm probably, if I can get away with it in the right team comps, play some more Kindred jungle again and see just how much success the item 1039 item 2031 start does for me. Plus I actually like playing Kindred too.

Really? Wow that's kinda scary. Sadly that has dropped as of late.

Yeah, Warwick doesn't really need much mana for jungling; as long as he has enough to cast W on each camp, he's generally fine.

Certain junglers (i.e. Shyvana, Warwick, Fiddlesticks, Xin Zhao) can get away without purchasing more than one health potion for their first clear. This leaves them with enough money to either purchase a pink ward (to defend their jungle) or to get the upgraded jungle item after four camps (all small camps, no buff camps).

A tip that's applicable for all junglers but Kindred especially: vary your build depending on what is needed each game. There are a lot of viable builds on Kindred, so you should know what you want for each situation.

Runaan's Hurricane and Blade of the Ruined King are great for melting front-lines, Black Cleaver can be applied to multiple people very quickly (between autos, Q and W), Sterak's Gage and Maw of Malmortius are great survivability items, etc.

I wonder how much more effective a item 1039 start could be for Shyvana ? I mean her main source of damaging a camp is her W and since it deals AoE damage shouldn't that seriously increase clear speed? Sure the mana regen stat is pointless but the extra damage (and DoT Tooth passive health steal) could make her clears even better. Is my thoughts right or just a possilbility?

Varying my build i something I got to work on, though I've been playing the generalist known as Sejuani often and having lots of fun with decent success.

For Shyvana, the two are near equal. IIRC, the main difference is that the large monster dies slightly slower but you don't have to AA the small monsters as much.

Which item is better for starting isn't always obvious. I remember back when I played Rammus jungle I tested both for a comparison and found that I ended my clears faster and healthier with Hunter's Talisman than I did with Machete.

Sejuani is fantastic. I have Poro Rider Sejuani so I'm always in a good mood when playing her.

I have Poro Rider as well. XD Though I don't use it as often... I kinda want her Monster Hunter inspired skin since I'm a big Monster Hunter fan and player.

Still testing the waters of jungling and willing to check out other junglers. Sejuani has been great for introducing it to me! Dare I say more so then Warwick ? At least for me that is. I've heard that Amumu is also a good champion to play in the jungle for those trying to learn the role... I failed as Amumu. No seriously, I failed at Amumu jungle. How did I fail as Amumu jungle?! Goes to play Sejuani... Does well. [slayer-jinx-unamused] [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Honestly, it isn't that unrealistic that you could fail with Amumu and succeed with Sejuani. While Amumu is more straight-forward, Sejuani's kit is more flexible since her ultimate is ranged and her mobility doesn't require a target.

I have the same issue with mid-lane. I cannot play Annie for the life of me (the low range and lack of mobility is painful) but I'm pretty good with champions such as Ekko, Viktor, and Ziggs.

I have been deliberately avoiding the Monster Hunter games. I used to play Runescape when I was younger and I have been trying to avoid games which require heavy grinding since.

If you enjoy playing Sejuani, I'd probably recommend trying Gragas and Zac. They have a somewhat similar playstyle and they are both quite fun to play.

Yeah I'll probably check out Zac even better that I actually have him due to the Pool Party Bundle. XD

That skin is just so nice looking. And funny. Gragas also seems like one hell of a fun choice I got to try him in some bots and took him mid lane since I didn't want to take him in the jungle then. Had a ton of fun playing him. Oh wait... I had a barrel of laughs playing him.

To each their own. Monster Hunter isn't for everyone I agree there. I just enjoy.
