Constantly Failing to Join Games and others

Ever since Aurelion Sol's patch (I think), every time I log on my client freezes for like 30 seconds. Never happened before.

And now every time I tries to join a game it will keep disconnecting me and saying an error has occur and I get kicked from queue. This happens so frequently that I am getting Leaverbusters and I can't join queues without waiting an extremely long period of time. All because I "declined too many games". This probably has something to do with my wifi tho. Is this happening to anyone else?
