Coin should spawn after a set number of minions have been slain

Instead of having it be an rng thing, it should be a reward for doing a specific thing on each map. It doesn't necessarily have to be the suggested in the title, but it would be nice to have to work for the gold rather than pray that it spawns in order to get the build you want.
