His Q would have a rubber ducky in the middle and would go QUACK! if it lands

His E, he slips on one of those water slide things.

and His ult, he pulls out a water blaster and fires that (instead of shooting stuff out his mouth)

ALSO he needs needlessly large yellow sunglasses, or the aesthetic wont work.
