It's usually high. Gets more sales, and people getting adjusted to what a champ does also influences the numbers.

I've kept track of all champs since the release of Jinx. Riot releases them op, then nerfs them later.

All new champs have high stats hence the high price, then they'll nerf them and drop the price

She is grossly overtuned. Look at her ban rate as well.

she isnt that high skill cap tho, + people probably need to learn to not engage on every low hp enemy when they are against neeko

It might just mean she has a low skill floor. Aside from making the most out of her trickiness, her spell casts are pretty simple and won't take much learning. I expect her winrate in high elo to increase over time and low elo remain about the same/increase half as much or less. Can't actually predict what those numbers will end at though.

If you can play lux you can play neeko. half neeko's kit is essential 1/2 of lux kit. So people are picking her up more quickly than other champs.

That 130% ap ratio on ult is bonkers and should be lowered, otherwise she seem's fine compared to previous releases.

How long has it been since riot always make new champions ridiculously OP on release and then nerf them on how they should be a couple of weeks later.

Come on people riot does this on purpose, they already have the normal stats for Neeko but they need the money first then ''fix'' later.
