Is is just me or is Galio going to be Shen 2.0?
I look at his kit and I think, crap they just made another Shen with more cc.

Shen's main selling point is still his global ultimate and the associated map pressure.
Galio's range is comparatively limited and probably serves best to save an ally in need close to him (for a relative definition of "close" - rank 3 ultimate can take him roughly from Raptor camp to that sidelane's outer tower).
