The patch notes changes for Ekko basically just says "Ekko's good, let's buff him more!"

I know this patch was mostly aimed towards pro-play, but Ekko is still seeing some play in higher levels of ranks. He was in a perfect spot if you ask me.

The change won't do jack shit. His laning is already garbage and that's the only thing this change will affect. With that said - he does not need buffs at all.
