While I don't necessarily agree with Riot's design choices regarding champions like Rek'sai and Kindred and actually think it's in some ways detrimental to Riot's aim of balancing the game, your post is just stupid.

It's only global if you're stupid enough to let her build a tunnel in your base and leave it there. Sorry that she can dash from her base to her jungle, that's like fucking Pantheon level mobility without any of the damage and with a global signal to let you know her ult is going on CD. Rek'Sai's ult is only really strong early/mid game and then it falls off hard.
