Unpopular Opinion: I Love "Minigame" Champions
I can understand why people think they may be annoying or gimmicky, but I feel that champions with little side objectives are really fun, both to play as and to play against. It gives each game more flavor than a regular 5v5.
Ally: Collecting chimes is fun
Enemy: No downside for repetitive magical journeys
Ally: Rewards staying on an enemy
Enemy: Teaches players the importance of using burst damage and kiting
Ally: Keeps you moving and gives you something to do while farming
Enemy: Play the game of "keep the draven out of the glowing circle"
Ally: Teaches the importance of last hitting
Enemy: Teaches the importance of denying farm
There are a bunch of other ones I could explain, but I feel like this gets the point across.
Ally: simplicity can be beautiful
Enemy: position is king in league
Ally: Teaches you the power of % HP True damage
Enemy: Teaches you the power of % HP True damage
