-5 cdr from boots -5 cdr masteries and health pots getting gutted.. riven cant survive with dat nonexist sustain and healthregen... dont tell me use your shield.. dats not enough in the early game
edit: -4 ad from masteries... trading power also rip and no more 10 armor pen from bruta... bruta got removed wich was rivens biggest powerspike early game

It shouldn't be that bad tbh. If you take the right masteries you can actually up your spell damage and sustain. Aside from that, Dorans Blade is getting buffed and pots are getting "nerfed" so you should be able to take advantage of that before the first back.
Aside from all the small number changes, TP is getting nerfed, and so is the equivalent to flask, meaning ignite should be more appealing to Riven now which will ultimately make her early game even stronger. I won't bring up the fact shes prob one of the best top laners for taking the rift herald early game with the jungler.
She will be fine, don't stress yet bud <3

I hope riot considers an item change if just for that price.
Caytheles1 votesTbh, a champion who has room in their runes to add alot of CDR instead of defensive stats just proves that they are messed up for the game. Nasus for example, however atleaste he can be stopped and caught out.
