@Riot, you can't keep quiet forever. What's your insight about Vayne needing nerfs?

You've seen multiple highly upvoted Vayne QQ threads, where it concerns the fact that she burst almost much better than a typical Assassin does, making the Assassin update compared to Vayne looking damp.

I've played tons of games where either my team or the enemy team has a Vayne in them (no surprise that she was still such a high pick rather than Jhin or Ashe), and I swear to god that I've once saw her first AA with crit on a squishy instantly deletes 70% of the enemy carry's HP. SUre, you can say to a Tank champion to build stuff against her like Randuins & Thornmail, but what good does that even do when she can do a mix damage of Physical, True & %HP damage?

Rito, we need to know if you have any plans for Vayne in terms of lowering her ridiculous IE/Statikk burst or the fact that she shreds Tanks faster than updated Kogmaw's W with Rageblade. At least SOMETHING instead of that "we're removing 5 AD" bullsh't.

Well, it seems not everyone is informed about everything that goes on in Riot. Mind you, Rylais has been looked at for a long time and Meddler recently just chimed in to say he isn't even sure what the team's going to do with the item. :P

I've only mainly heard that Rylais would be divided into two items, one with CDR & other with HP I think. Even I'm worried about this affecting Morde.

Speaking of Morde, may I know the best Rune settings you've placed for him? I've tried:

  • 1 MS & 2 AP Quint
  • 9 Attack Speed Marks
  • 9 Armor Seals
  • 6 AP & 3 MR

Yes, it's a mess, I just thought his DPS & mobility needs a tad work at the early game.

His wasn't THAT direct to you, while yours is just straight up insulting. But still, I've already reported it anyway, although it takes quite a while for the punishment to kick in since it needs to rack up more reports from others besides me.

she has a pretty healthy winrate if you ask me, so that means her pickrate needs to be lowered... so buff another adc? Lucian maybe?

How about we nerf the ones that are problems instead?

53% winrate with 25% playrate is an OBVIOUS fucking problem. Most champs would be completely gutted if they got anywhere near that.

Well, the thing that's broken isn't really vayne so much as duskblade on ranged champions.

There's a pretty good chance they are waiting to see how everyone else uses ot before modifying the dusk blade. Once that happens vayne will probably go back to normal.

It's not terribly uncommon to see her follow up those with duskblade, I've seen it more than a couple times and with her ult causing her Q to proc the passive each time, it adds a little more burst.

Not saying it's going to stick around, just that it's happening sometimes and isn't TOTALLY garbage

I mean all that did was just make a current problem even worse (AKA, More damage on top of a now overloaded Q) so the whole idea of removing Duskblade won't solve the problem

As an ADC main, and (lately) a Vayne abuser, I think that it's BS how if I ult+Q crit, I can one shot a Lux who's behind (I've had it happen. Streamed the game and everything)

I think I might be in the minority, but I haven't had any issues against a vayne. Her late game scaling is the only problem I've ever had against her because it's basically like if she hits late game you're beyond fucked. Otherwise I haven't had any issues I think shes in a good position.

Her damage out put is noticeable right now with the specific build. My issue with her is that the stealth changes also indirectly buffed her as well. I can no longer just drop a pink ward to figure out where this hyper mobile champion is re-positioning.

I think the most important part of your requesr is that all of the vayne statements are QQ statements. It's like sending one police officer to California right now to stop thousands of protesters.

Secondly the boards mentality is that if riot doesn't inherently shape the game around the vocal minorities desires they're doing it wrong and will be flamed by said vocal minority.

Thirdly, if riot decides to look at vayne you will see it on the PBE or the patch notes, not on the boards so the thousands of keyboard warriors can tell them that they are piles of regurgitated shit for doing what they believe to be right in THEIR game which is FREE to play.

I'm so sick of that moronic "durr boards is the vocal minority" non-argument. It's apalling that people pretend vocal minorities don't arise as a proportional size to the majority.

The fact that they had to re-add solo ranked, despite INSISTING the "majority" didn't want it or didn't care, amidst the vocal majority they wrote off making it very clear that ranked meant nothing with DynaQ, should have made it clear the "vocal minority doesn't represent a larger group" argument was total bs.

Besides, the fact that she has 25% playrate and IS still >50% win rate makes it PLENTY obvious that she's an issue. If Riot does nothing to solve an obvious issue, the vocal group speaks up. That's how it works. That's how ANY problem in a society works.

I don't really understand where the fuck all this Vayne hate came from. Honestly all it takes is a jg or some aggro support to take her down. Once she's taken down that's pretty how she will stay for the rest of the game.

The only reason i see her in my games is bc i sometimes play her myself. Honestly wish i could play her more bc chances are i'll get shit on in lane then farm it out for the rest of the game only to just get one shot if I don't rush ga.

I used to make qq threads about nasus just like these too. So I get where you're coming from but i think she might need a buff if anything lol.

I personally think she needs a nerf on her numbers. Right now,she's nowhere near weak on lane. The moment she has BF,she absolutely shits on you if you dare trading against her.I love Vayne i really do,it was my first MASTERY 5 adc.But she's supposed to be this mid to late game monster except now,she's not. The Q buff was good alright, but i feel the true damage syhould be nerfed. Make it physical damage to force her to buy armor pen or lower the %. She already gets a auto reset that can destroys you if you're a squischy or just a bruiser,this auto reset has a low CD as well;she doesn't need to have with that,so much "burst" added with her W.

I don't want the W to be suppressed,but at least lower it please.
