Okay so I recently played a ranked game where our mid laner fed so hard that the other mid laner left his lane to roam at 10 minutes and never came back, and he still lost a tower to minions. His excuse was "I'm feeding so the game ends quicker because I'm getting Laid and I need to get ready" -_-

Good, don't be jealous and don't cockblock him. You should have joined in the feeding to help your team mate.

If I was getting laid I wouldn't give a shit either, real life comes before online life.

He still might get punished if he INT'ed, but it was his call.
