Has anyone have a solution to the lag problems that started this patch?

My ping is going over 200-300 constantly and fluctuates. Also my teammates and enemies disconnect so frequently that** we are essentially playing Twisted treeline in summoners rift in ranked.** Is there any way that you can help me out of this?
