Make Champion Mastery Scale Off IP Earned
Regardless of Win or Loss. I've gotten more IP from doing awesome in a Defeat than doing mediocre in a Victory. It just makes more sense.

Lucentile1 votesI think IP is purely a function of time + Winning + Matched Game Bonuses/Dominion/Party Bonus, and has nothing to do with your performance.
Pheonixwish1 votesWhile the Mastery system is definitely questionable, Lucentile's right. Ip doesn't focus on the stats that prove you're getting better at a champion, just how much you deserve based on the time you spent.
