Flex Que Belongs in the Garbage

It's not flex queue, it's that pre-season 'soft mmr reset' or whatever you want to call it.

I've been with my fellow bronze and silver through high plat in the same game. Whoever knows how to play safe wins, it's the higher tiers that will carry.

This should encourage people to play it, you can learn a lot playing games vs highly skilled players, people pay people like that to play them.
