Are we ever gonna address that 1 person gets to hold ff15s at hostage every game?

Like it says it wasnt unanimous but. 4/5 players should VERY well suffice in that ff vote. The people that say no are USUALLY trolls, but once again riot not realizing how to fix their game :)

The surrender@15 has a story behind it. I won't get into details, but it has something to do with the popular "open mid" that originated in Korea.

Wait 5 more minutes and do a normal surrender with the 4 players that voted "Yes".
