So the description for Varus' passive is weirded really weird on the wiki.
>Champion kills or assists increase Varus's attack speed by 40% (+ 50% bonus attack speed) for 5 seconds upon champion kills or assists, this effect is reduced to 20% (+ 25% bonus attack speed) for minion or monster kills.
Specifically those bolded parts. I don't understand what sort of Attack Speed bonus he gets from reading this.

he has 24% bonus Attack speed from those Daggers, let's not count runes and masteries.
if he kills a champion he gains 40% + 12% Attack speed (50% of 24%) If he kills a minion he gains 20% + 6% Attack speed (25% of 24%)

But yeah that makes far more sense. In other words, the first percentage (40%/20%) is a flat addition to his Bonus Attack Speed, and the second percentage (50%/25%) is a multiplication of his current bonus attack speed then?

So if you have a total of 70% extra attack speed , lets say from phantom dancer and stattik shiv for the sake of discussion , you will gain 35% EXTRA on champ kills or assists
