Why can't we have actual healing? I remember when soraka had a 120 heal at level 1 on a 4 second CD.
I really miss having actual in combat stats besides just damage.
While we are at it I really also want DODGE back. Anything that can counter damage better than the standard HP/Armor/MR sounds like fun to me.

dakota saturn2 votesThe best s1 team used to be Ali, Ez, Soraka, Janna, Taric.
They would group mid and push at 5 minutes with Promote and Rally, and would heal/poke until the enemy just sat in fountain and let them take the nexus. If anyone tried to stop them, Taric would point/click stun -> Ali knockback, Janna would have 1.5s knockup on tornado and aoe slow on ult, Ez would poke and AoE heal, and Soraka would Soraka everyone.
That was extra super fun. This strategy is what made Promote/Rally nerfed into troll spells, until they were removed. /funfact

janna was better with her old passive which i miss a lot
