Karthus has not been looked for a while now, and he is not played that much. His ult is very weak in his early game. Players with heals or other spells just wait for the ult. He feels so useless sometimes. The main spell that makes him worth for me is his slow.

His spells don't do much really. Just having a little bit of MR makes his Q tickle. Don't know were you see his spells being greatly tuned.

Not by much. Plus he is one of the easiest champs the feed off of early.

Karthus has literally the highest damage dealt of any champion in the entire game.

Also, reducing MR by 15% isn't decreasing it "not by much".

15% is not much. Vi's can do 20%. Besides Karthus Mana burns the fastest. I still don't see much Karthus brings to the game Even if you play well and get fed. I still see him being very weak for his kit.

He brings more damage than literally every other mid laner in the game. His team fight presence is huge, and focusing him is a heavily risky prospect because of his passive, which allows him to do even more damage.

More damage? Hmm. I Have played a few games with him not a lot and I can say lux,Malz,and many others out damage him by a lot on the charts. I do get your point with the Mr though.
