Nerf Poppy

Support Poppy who built nothing but fuqin armor and yet managed to deal more damage to champs than our mid lane fizz and almost dealt as much damage as her ADC. This is unacceptable. She's not only one of the tankiest champs but her damage is damn near close to ADCs. She already has everything she needs in her kit from a BS ult to BS shield that prevents dashes and gives her movement speed. Just nerf her damage. She's a fuqin tank. Not a juggernaut or bruiser so why is she dealing more damage than them when she only builds tank items?
