im not saying that rengar should be taking every blue but in the end he is the jungler and they are his buffs he gets do decide who they are used some junglers are greedy and that style works for them some are not and let their laners carry them in the end it depends on the jungler you have

Depends what blue we're talking about?

First blue, mid laner is full of himself. Second blue, Rengar definitely doesn't have any more than 10% CDR built yet, and it's right around when he'll hit 6 for his first ult. Third blue, depends on how many kills rengar has. Very possible he's not done this core yet. That said, he still shouldn't take this one. Fourth blue and onwards - he just doesn't like you.

If ur Akali and I'm Riven without a Youmuu's/Death's Dance, then yeah, I'd rather have that. (Lucidity is usually pretty bad on Riven except on certain match ups, please dont tell me to buy them)

I mean, if you're 3/0 I really don't see why you need blue considering how heavily you are winning the matchup already

Rengar probably want's to be able to have the cdr so that he can influence the rest of the maps faster, knowing that is fine

The only time I personally give blue to mid (even if the I don't use energy/mana) is if the matchup is a close one. We're talking like...0/1 or 1/0

If the enemy has 2 kills over you, you aint getting blue. If you have 2 kills over them...most matchups I'll decide I'd rather have the cdr for clears/ganks unless you're a xerath/velkoz/spell-spammer or in a matchup that you lose post-6 if you can't maintain a steady lead.
