Fix your Matchmaking PART 2

I posted this in another topic, but I'll repeat it, because this is the reason everyone complains about having 'feeders' every match. The problem isn't feeders. Feeders are usually caused by the matches being extremely imbalanced, so there will always be a few people carrying while the rest either feed or barely have an impact on the game. Sure some games are fairly even where it is a good match, but it's honestly pretty rare.

Around pre level 30/Bronze, you get matched anywhere from brand new player, to gold players on your team, the skill range allowed is WAY too high. You have someone who's played 1000s or 10,000s of games against people who have only played 20 or less actual pvp games, of course they're going to feed.
