I'm kinda dissapointed that Pyke didn't get his Kill List as an in-game mechanic.

Seriously, that would be really damn cool.

A champion who is exceptional at assassinating enemies, but has restrictions on who he can target, would be a really interesting playstyle.

Pyke is cool in his own right, but the list seems like an extraneous bit of lore that should have been put into the game, but just wasn't.
