Jungle feels weird
Its a bit weird not hitting lvl two after taking gromp/golloums isnt it? was this done to stifle top laners taking a camp and tping to lane with an advantage?

Yes, that is precisely why it was done. The second, new jungle start item gives bonus xp that should more than make up for it. Still sucks if you don't start it, but if one of the buff's mini-minions will get you there, I guess it shouldn't be too bad.
Still dumb in my opinion. Junglers already behind in experience and levels from laners. Now they will be even further
