Recommended items

Time to refresh the recommended items please. Some champions have recommended items from many seasons ago. Some are still the same based on when recommended items were rolled out. Am I wrong? I know a few have been modified. But at low elo you have people following these like they're the "right" build without consideration for team comp, enemy team comp, how they're building, etc.
