Blue smite should activate Glacial Augment's freeze ray effect

item 3706 should benefit from glacial augment. It's a slowing effect just like item 3162 item 3030 item 3905 but doesn't get the benefit for some reason.

That reason being that it's a summoner spell you're using, not an item active.

Except smite is a sommoner not a item even tho it is upgraded with an item still counts as a summoner.

I honestly think it would be too strong, glacial augment is an under the radar keystone and if it wasn't for veigar/ahri (you are beta if you use that on ahri btw I don't make the rules)/velkoz using this build, people would keep thinking it is too weak.

I honestly think it would make junglers way too potent on their gank, we are talking to improving smite slow from 20% to 60% (also possibly AOE since it is a trail) for just 650 gold (on an item you would ALWAYS create anyway).

Idk, I honestly think it would be a huge abuse case XD

It's like exhaust, a summoner spell, it only procs on item actives.

you are already stealing their movement speed and it is a summoner spell

How about Exhaust? Yeah, that should TOTALLY benefit from Glacial Augment as well, huh? [zombie-brand-facepalm]

It should not. That would break the ever loving shit out of both blue smite and glacial augment.
