Can we get a better mouse icon?

When I'm trying to click on things while a teamfight is happening, I often lose focus of where my mouse is. Sometimes even casting abilities in the complete opposite direction.

Please give us a bigger more high contrast mouse. Silver on anything light colored isn't a great option.

Or maybe they can do like DOTA 2 and allow us to change the terrain skin. It would be nice. Maybe even change the announcer. Actually... Rito could do so much...
