Counter play to reksai top?

Hey guys, it seems ive been fighting reksai a LOT in top lane and I literally have no clue on how to beat her. She has insane true damage, tunnels to ult to and escape, healing, quick dps and a knock up. She wins tons of trades if it is 1v1 if she has an advantage, plus she ults top, no need to tele, which means she will ALWAYS be splitting if her team is ahead. Please help before I call this an OP top laner.

Been playing her top, and so far the only things that have really countered me are quinn/teemo because of the blind. Pantheon too, since he can stun you when you go in on him. Anyone who can hard cc her when she tries to engage.
