I have to say, he's actually really good once you figure out certain things about him that make him "unfair" Sure he gets kited like a bitch, but dear lord his sustain is fucking stupid in lane if you know how to abuse your maxed out w. I feel like I never have to leave lane unless I'm afraid of getting 100'd to 0'd
Also being able to solo baron with the dragon ghost feels so damn good.

If people try and play his game, he's going to crush them, but he has little in the way to actually force that to happen. It's not like there's an overt burden of information, just that in my experience, how well I do with Morde seems to be directly proportional to how often my opponent tries to straight up 1v1, and to be honest, that's okay.
Not that there are Morde buffs I wouldn't like.

True, though rylais, swifties, deadmans and gunblade help with the stormraider's surge mastery. Can still be pretty tough to stick to certain characters though such as asshole blue ezreal.
