They always run full AD Fevor and full tank, looking at their wins they seem to be doing well with it, I myself usually go Grasp, BC then full tank or if my jg and support are both tankies run Lethality runes and Thunderlords and would go more AD His Q is like a mini nasus q to towers lol
Grasp sucks balls, fervor is actually not bad since AA > Q is 4 stacks of fervor AD empowering your inevitable E.
You could also go a more AD heavy build and run warlords instead which helps with lane sustain better than grasp (since you're not mandated to hit enemy champions nor be in combat for 4 seconds before unlocking it) as well as giving a nice burst of mobility to continue sticking to enemies after using Q and going to E.
ive heared of a fervor/mallet build going around. havent tried it myself though.
