He has damage immunity when going outside of the support role, yet he deals FUCKED UP amounts of damage Like really. I've played this guy a shit ton, and I can confirm he's overpowered outside of the support role. Please. Never ever buff him again.
Very Hard Engage2 votesif he uses all of his abilities on you once, you have taken between a third~ half of your health, if that (assuming you're squishy, or if its early), he only "deals damage" if he gets to stick to you, and use his Q multiple times in a row, which should be avoided.
