Why wasn't yorick included in the Juggernaut update?

I mean in all seriousness he is equally a juggernaut as any of the other 4. Why riot? I know he is getting a rework, but that still doesn't explain why he isn't considered a juggernaut.

According to riot themselves a juggernaut can be classified as "When you think brute force, these champions should come to mind: powerful, durable, immobile and melee."

Literally every single one of those criteria fit yorick. So i ask again WHY ISN'T YORICK IN THIS CATEGORY?

Most likely they didn't want to put changes to Yorick like they did with the other Juggernauts when he's already getting a rework, Similar to how Nasus is considered a Juggernaut but didn't get anything because they like where he's at already. Yorick IS a juggernaut. Feel free to try out the Juggernaut items on him, I'm sure they'll be as good on him as the others.

Why wasn't yorick included in the Juggernaut update?

Probably because of the effort involved in reworking him.

Yorick is just a horribly designed champion, there's no getting around that. Arguably the worst designed champion in the game.

His rework isn't going to be a minor tweak of things here and there, or a new skill. It's going to be Sion level overhaul where he's going to be almost a completely different champion. He's not even in Fiora or Karma territory were he'll be kind-of the same champion, and sure as heck not Garen/Darius/Skarner/Mord levels where he's extremely similar.

Yorick's getting his own complete rework.

Yorick is going to get a complete overhaul so there is no point to give him slight changes at this point until his full rework. Rammus
