Kalista's Martial Poise
Would she be considered trash tier if it had a like 2 seconds cooldown if she jumps backwards? This let's her still chase and still dodge skillshots by jumping sideways, but doesn't allow her to kite for centuries.

I think keeping it simple like if we were looking at a compass and she was facing north, anything between southeast and southwest would be considered "backward" So she could keep her sideways and slightly back going. just not "I can run straight back all day and you'll never catch me"
