It has a similarly long invincibility time, but mobility and damage as well.

the only dumb thing about this champion is how he can literally outrading with an harras/oneshooting you with 0 counterplay at early ranks if you don't have any mobility in your kit he literally can faceroll and kill you forcing you to hug your tower,but his kit doesn't force him to push (like usually a lane bully does) so it's really hard freeze vs a fizz (though he's supposed to be weak pre 6)

Thats the point of the spell tho. Its damage, escape and cc in one spell so if you use the damage you wont be able to escape with it. Unless you trade for 6-8 seconds lul.
