Spectator timer change?

Can we change the spectate mode from 2 minutes to 1 minute, or maybe even 45 second delay? I understand why there is a delay, but 2 minutes is a bit long don't you think? Do i really need to wait 2 minutes to see my friend get a penta kill?

Well the thing is wards last 3 mins. So you could tell your friend where all the enemy wards are while they have a lot of duration left so they can be cleared. Also a short delay would mean a lot of players would be tempted to cheat for advantages like that.
