so i just got done with a swain match in which i did very, very well. the entire enemy team spent the majority of late game talking about how swain is busted and has no real counterplay. I haven't played in a year, did something in league change that made swain now super op? Genuine question here, because as far as i can tell he's perfectly fine, if anything id say hes weak in this meta

Reaper Soraka2 votesI've shut down Swain pretty hard as support-- was a Lux support in fact. I just bought an executioner's calling and autoattacked him during fights. My ADC had LDR so it seemed more efficient for me to pick it up. :P

He's vulnerable pre-6 and he falls off in the late game.

Myrmiron1 votesA champion that heals himself depending on the damage he deals is hard to balance, especially if that damage is AOE and he has some nice crowd control. Currently Swains numbers are so low that he isn't really a problem, but he certainly has the potential to become oppressive if the meta switches or he gets a buff.

too elaborate. nobody can beat swain top lane. I play top lane a lot and nobody can actually deal with him in that lane. I feel like if I play a juggernaut like darus and get him close to me I'd win trades. but I don't hes simply too tanky because of his high base stats and ult healing while doing ridiculous damage.
