Why is Taric free again this week?
I'm not sure if it is a bug or intended but Taric was on the free rotation last week.
PS. If you need to change him for another 1350 champ, might I suggest Udyr? I think we haven't seen him for some time.

Edit: an advice for Riot then. They should be more proactive. Since they had it planned (to put Taric for free this week), they should have chosen another support champion for last week :)
