Petition to make champion select lock your pick after time runs out.

Seriously, Riot. Why do we have to LOCK our picks after we chosen them. It makes no sense to get banned if you pick your champion in last few seconds. Today I lost LP and got 28 minute ban because I couldnt lock my pick due lag in client. Riot I think that most of community will agree on this that its plain stupid that we have to press lock in or else we will get kicked out of the lobby and get LP loss and ban.

JUST DO IT RITO!

I'd ask more for optimizing the client; if I'm running so much as Microsoft Word in the background, the frame rate chugs, even in the client. Maybe it's my comp, but riot should stop assuming everyone who plays this game has a good gaming rig.

That aside, the only problem with your suggestion is that if you genuinely have someone who was inactive after they picked their champion, you could end up going into a game with an afk... who knows? It kind of goes back to pick intent... Because if they choose that it automatically picks them when it's their turn so Riot doesn't know if they went afk. Before you had to pick a champion when it was your turn, but now, not so much... maybe only require the lock in if you specified your intended pick, and your champion didn't get picked or banned? It's hard to say what would work in this scenario.

Riot has stated in the past that the game is coded to the "toaster standard," meaning that, at the lowest settings, League will run on damn near anything.

If you PC chuggs when you have Word up, then close it.

The afk check doesn't affect 1st and second place roster players either so if you get those spots you're afk check free for roughly 4 minutes

I wouldnt want it to auto lock my champion i was choosing and pre-ban choices cant be locked regardless, but the lock in ban is kinda dumb. Why not make it double click? with so many champs now you'd think they'd increase the ban rate to 5 per team 1 per person. 10 champs total. Plus that'd make it way way way more interesting. What happened to not having to ban a champ? Why can't we play random lanes anymore? I miss team builder :'(.

It wouldn't be so bad if they'd have added a filter to the champion ban list like they have in the players champion roster. Can't remember a champions name but you know he's an assassin? Boom toggle assassin and you get a smaller list to search him out in. Seems like an obvious additional feature. Must be too heavy on the hardware or something.

AFKers true but still.. I keep getting banned because I am multi tasking like an idiot. Thought its quite annoying when I get client lag and then lose lp as hell.

We have people who knows how to counter Rivens & making flashy Lee plays, and yet, you're here complaining about something which only requires one left click.
