Disable new champions from ranked?

Hey, this is just a thought but could we disable new champions / reworked champions from ranked until about 2 weeks after release? There's a couple of reasons behind this, please hear me out before disagreeing.

• The champion could still be crazily unbalanced, as we all know from the countless champ releases gone wrong in the past, and they usually nerf the patch right after

• No one is experienced enough to play them yet! Take Galio for example, people started playing him only hours after release. Ranked is for playing champions you're experienced at only, 2 days isn't experience (read my previous post on this) - This week I can't count the number of times I've had first time galios on my team who are "Just trying him out" smh -_-
