Dear @Riot Downvote Bots

There are people on the forums who have dozens of alternate accounts that exist to downvote posts into oblivion, not because the posts are bad, or badly formatted. No these accounts exist to be trolls and to stifle intelligent ideas and free speech.

We the player, cannot do anything about this, we can only watch as the rating on our post plummets with no tangible feedback or reason that this is happening.

I propose Riot either flat out bans or instead nullifies the impact of accounts that rarely comment and consistently downvote every post that they view. I believe Riot has the tools to do this and it could be considered a tactical nuke against downvote bots and trolls. I believe a firm hand is required on the internet, when it comes to protecting people's rights; The nature of the internet allows people to be scumbags and not be held accountable.

If an account is proving to be perpetually negative on the Boards, no matter what, than letting them continue to spam their hatred and downvotes endlessly in effect stifle the opinions of others, and is a form of social oppression; as well as a denial of free speech. Please Riot, do something about this.
