change the game for the better
The most annoying thing in league, especially where it counts (aram) is that people can snowball. The reason is the positive feedback on getting kills, and burst champions. Remove those aspects of the game. !st, no snowball ... remove the gold for getting a kill completely. Make "dead time" static at a fairly short delay (10 seconds?)
Burst would not be horrid, except for champions that get a reset of CD on kills. If the burst capability were on severe CD, and instead of a reset on a kill, an increase on a kill it would make it much better.
Kat can qwe, get a kill, be closer to the back line, because of the reset of cd, she can then jump to the back, ult and get a quadra kill. Just stop making champions that are even capable of doing that. It isn't good play that does that ... though I admit being able to time the hitting of 7 keystrokes takes a lot of skill (LOL). it is sad that combo plays even exist in league. Sadder still that there are people that actually like it that way.
There is a reason that they removed the reset on yi and his ap ratios on alpha strike ... but after having done that means that it should also be the same reason that kat, akali, darius and the rest should have the same nerf applied.
Without her passive she is COMPLETELY vulnerable after she exhausts her kit. She can kill one person, sure, but then she has no way to escape. So there's no point in making any risky plays.
Her reset lets her make great plays by juking the enemy after a kill. Her ult has a LONG charge time early-game so it's a good way to get some extra play potential. Her ult is pretty weak compared to others so she needs it.
I mean it isn't really necessary but it adds some extra fun to his kit. Penta-dunking people looks and feels GREAT. You should try it.
